We provide competent and friendly advice if you have questions or require spare parts – of which we always have plenty in stock. It also applies here: If your order is received by 3 pm we can usually deliver on the next working day.

Spare parts service

Spare parts can usually be delivered within 24 hours after placing an order (within Germany). Flexibility and short reaction times are our strengths, not only when it comes to customer-specific customisation.


Specialist training courses for you and your employees adapted to specific requirements are a matter of course for us. In our two training rooms (Rhade and Herborn), electricians and field service personnel receive information about our products and instructions for maintenance and repair.

Quality testing

All systems are tested by our employees during final inspection and functional testing and the gas and blue flame burners are “run in warm”.
In our own test room we use state-of-the-art technology to acquire all measured values required for the approval of new systems.
Quality control is carried out in line with the HANSA quality management system which is certified to EN ISO 9001:2008.
